The "Why"

This tracker was inspired by a friend who was successfully building his habit of micro meditation.

He was simply keeping track of his daily minutes in an Excel sheet. He found that the act of tracking it every day was what reminded him to actually do it.

I wanted to adopt the same habit but couldn't find a proper, minimal, distraction-free tracker focused on this simple reminder loop—so I built this one.

The philosophy is simple: Track to Remember.
